Company ZÁLESÍ Inc
ZÁLESÍ a.s. is a privately owned corporation with 100% Czech capital share. The Company takes a great pride in its longstanding tradition and it plays a key role in various forms on the Czech and European business market since 1953.
A diversification of the Company’s trading activities into a number of production industries and services has proven to be a major factor in reducing business risks and increasing the Company’s economic stability in the current fast changing economical climate.
The Company subdivides into the divisions and sectors according to the production and services provided, namely:
Plastics and Tools Division
Priority of the Tools and Plastics Division is the production of plastic parts by means of an injection technology. The Division has at its disposal its own design and development department as well as tool shop for injection mould production and it is able to provide a complete production of the injected plastic parts including their assembly. The main focus is on the production for the automotive industry. The Tools and Plastics Division has a long standing tradition in the production of plastic caps for tubes. Both departments – the tool shop and the plastic parts production – are equipped with the top production technologies including the two-component injection technology.
Hotel Division
The Company runs a modern Wellness Hotel Pohoda **** which is situated in the quiet part of Luhačovice, not far from the well-known Pozlovice dam and the summer aqua park Duha. Hotel Pohoda **** offers modern comfort in a 4* standard in accordance with the official Czech Hotel and Restaurant Association. The hotel also features a stylish restaurant which offers various Czech and international gastronomical specialities as well as congress or party lounges. The Relax centre, with its assisted procedures (massages, baths, wraps and others), offers the guests the perfect relaxation for their body and soul as well as the Wellness centre which is opened all year around and is equipped with a swimming pool, two whirlpools and saunas. In other words: „Royal vacation at an affordable price“!
Packaging Division
One of the Company’s principal focuses is the production of laminate tubes for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industry. Part of this production is also the graphic design of the tube and the printing of the laminate foil and labels.
Sales Division
The Sales Division is an authorized dealer of Zetor, Valtra and Kubota tractors. The trading products range also includes machinery and equipment Pöttinger used for tillage and forage harvesting. ZÁLESÍ a. s. is also an exclusive importer of sweepers and universal carriers made by the Swiss company Aebi MFH. The Sales Division provides warranty and post warranty service including a spare parts retail.
Robotics Division

Metal Works Division
Machine tooling has a very long tradition within the Company. Cooperation with significant Czech concerns has brought a gradual development of this industrial sector to the present high technical standard. Production is carried out on high performance automatic machines and CNC metal cutting machine tools.
Agriculture Division
Historically the Company’s eldest production currently amounts to approximately 2 – 3 % from the total annual turnover of ZÁLESÍ a. s. The farmed land area, which is the subject to subsidies, measures 1.530 hectares. The major parts are meadows and pastures, 16 % of the acreage is an arable land. The Company’s main focus is livestock keeping with the predominance of Simmental breed. Since 2004 all land areas have been transformed from conventional to ecological farming system and the production from the arable land is assigned for the self-production of feed. Cattle stock count during summer pasture is usually ranging between 900 to 1 000 pieces of cattle. The Company also runs a retail store specialising in agricultural goods.
ZÁLESÍ Inc. is a holder of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates. The Company’s vision is to „Create an efficiently functioning organism open to changes, capable to compete within the demanding domestic and foreign customer and competition environment“.
